Founder, Louise Hedges, has been in the customer service business for over 25 years. She has also been regularly disappointed by the poor level of service she has received from other businesses.
“I regretted spending my money with these businesses, when I was treated so badly. Rude staff, broken promises and generally a laissez-faire attitude. And I certainly wouldn’t use them again or recommend them to anyone else.”
It was this that prompted Louise to start Core Strength Business Services. She realised that it wasn’t that businesses wanted to treat clients badly, but it was the result of a lack of knowledge of the principles of how to provide good customer service, and/or a lack of resources to do it.
Small to medium businesses needed help to:
- Identify that there was a need for improved customer service levels
- Be able to easily access the resources to provide better service
